Never Again! Since Ya'll insisted so much for a review, here it is... The person who signed me up at work said I could cancel anytime, but then realized I was in a contract and paid for years, and never used the services. No one ever called to see why my account was inactive for the 5 years that I paid monthly fees and payments! Never Again!

Talech is absolutely terrible Talech is absolutely terrible. Customer service is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. More than one support agent hung up on me while they "put me on hold for 1-2 minutes". Kai did this, Reda was patient, but still not helpful. Many flaws and glitches with the actual system itself. Very annoying to use. Some of the add ons and even taxes will require you to add it on individually and manually on every single item. Please if you are a business, do not ever use talech. Even if it is cheaper, it is worth it to pay the extra for a better POS system so that you won't have as many problems as Talech.

Well since my last review I was just… Well since my last review I was just told tonight that their system is working and that they will not refund our money. I then ask for all 29 of the recorded calls and they have declined releasing those also. I am going to our local news that reports on shady businesses and I have also contacted the BBB. For any company that is reading this lets band together and get what we deserve! No company should be treated this way. Yours or mine....I am going to start a social page about Talech. If you want to band together contact me Big4escape Jeffersonville Indiana...have to put company name due to it will not accept email address in review.. Another funny thing is I even wrote a letter to the Head Senior VP and have had no response. Makes me think no one at that company is willing to accept responsibility

i would never recommend or use this… i would never recommend or use this company again. I have requested on several occasions monthly invoices and a review of my current charges. i am going to cancel this service and just move on. Bottom line- lack of response, lack of care, no personal service.

Bad support The software - when it's working, does a fine job. Tech support, on the other hand, is horrible. They say they have 24X7 support, but anything that actually NEEDS support is a 48 hour response time. A menu update done by tech support screwed up, and we were then told, oh well, we did that on Friday night, now you have to wait until Monday before anyone might be able to address the issue. Complete insanity to allow an entire business to be shut down for the weekend. That's NOT 24X7 support.
