I DO NOT RECOMMEND Getting the chair I wanted was disappointing as 2 weeks into the order it was on back order. I settled for another osaki chair and 2 weeks into the purchase the rollers stopped working. Osaki send the rollers but a month later the rollers are still on the box they came in as their tech did not know how to open the back plate of the chair. Bad experience and no communication on behalf of emassage chair and/ or Titan Osaki tech support. Extremely dissatisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
