Absolute SCAM Absolute C R A P ! They don't even have a cancel subscription button and want you to talk to some m0ron to ask you "why you want to cancel." Stay away from them ! there are thousands of great providers, and these guys are not !

A Horrible Company They take payment up front, so I only paid for the first month, because I had read a couple of really good reviews. There was no free trial. I found the interface to be tricky. It just wasn't what I wanted. Found cancelling trickier than the interface. They wanted 30 days notice. So my first month is gone. Two days later they senmd me a quesitonaire saying they cannot close my account until I answer their quesitons. They also called me while I was sitting down with my family. Horrible company.

Perfectsent SMTP services is the worst… Perfectsent SMTP services is the worst possible provider I have ever experienced Been using over 10 different companies for servers on a massive level and this company absolutely has ZERO customer care and all they care about is their next month billing Did not use their sending platform after several campiagns and they never bothered to even ask me why that is . they seem to have too many afternoon siesta's in Spain perhaps Not recommened at all as they promise the world and have the worst service for hard working money

Great service Great service, and most importantly a very good support. We have Den as our account manager and he is awesome.

Poor communication, refusal to refund after their mistake setting up Company did not make aware that Outlook 365 did not work with their services. They let me set up account with Office 365 and told me the test emails went through on Outlook correctly. Then when I finally realized it was not working at all correctly later on and reached out to support, they took days to respond and I had to call them to get actual support. Finally after finding out that I couldn't utilize their service they were going to make me wait 6 more weeks to cancel, citing a 30 day cancellation policy, and refused to refund me. Poor service, I do not recommend them.
