Charged again even though service was cancelled We cancelled our service over a year ago and even were refunded when cancelled as they had charged. However we were charged again this year and it has taken again time and effort to get a refund all of which was unnecessary. If this was a UK company I suspect there would be some kind of financial investigation. They really need to up there game.

Absolutely outrageous company Absolutely outrageous company. For the last 3 years they've been tripling the price to the point now where it's totally unacceptable - over £4000!!!! However, trying to cancel the auto-renewal is ridiculous. Tried to find online where to cancel - no ability to cancel from your account. According to their help page the only way to cancel is to ring them. Spent 4 hours on the phone on hold - only to be cut off. Emailed support to ask for the auto-renewal to be cancelled - no response. Thankfully I've been able to instruct my credit card company to block any payments to them so they won't be able to take the money.

Have used logmein Pro for over five… Have used logmein Pro for over five years. Price for two pcs has doubled - money to be automatically taken out of account and so difficult to cancel. Not possible online and need to call specific UK number only provided after completely firm, typing in codes. Not a company I want to hear about ever again.

TRY CANCEL !! Took me weeks to get a response to a 'ticket' requesting cancellation. this arrived a week before my service would have renewed automatically beyond my control. The 'ticket' gave me a +1 USA number to call and cancel, despite my reluctance, what choice did I have? They done all they could to retain me, and to be fair, if there was an online cancellation option, I may have considered it. Once I was put through to the correct department (took 3 transfers) The chap was very courteous and helpful.

LogMeln is Unethical, (addition to my 1st review) LogMeln is unethical, (addition to my 1st review.) My "confirm" emails from the bank transaction, with LogMeln (which should of been Microsoft) seem to have disappeared from my email account. !! Totally gone- *poof* -not in spam or any place. Too funny, LogMeln because I took pictures of those confirm emails, prior to LogMeln deleting them. LogMeln is an unethical, scamming company.
