GBYou cancel and they still take money out of your account I cancelled the account over the phone. Now, they apparently have no record of this and still automatically renewing my subscription. Logmein won't refund due to the terms of renewal, which I didn't authorise. It looks like since their data breach, they are doing dodgy things to keep the company afloat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO KNOWN AS GOTO.

GBHorrible customer service, waste of money, billing closed account Horrible customer service, and they continue to try and bill us AFTER we paid off our contract and asked for the account to be closed, threatening to take us to collections. I will be contacting legal representation to address this issue, if they continue to threaten with a bill that has already been paid. Save yourself the headache and wasted money, and go with Zoom. There is a reason nobody uses this horrible platform. What a waste of money.

GBWe have used LogMeIn for a long time-… We have used LogMeIn for a long time- our small company spans half the state but we need to get problems resolved quickly. Rescue allows us 24/7 access to all of our resources in a quick and secure manner. We can transfer files, see what is happening and make adjustments to equipment that is otherwise inaccessible. We have been able to use this as a collaboration tool on some projects. The company behind the product has been great to deal with and is always there for us if we have a problem.

IEI just got our annual renewal notice I just got our annual renewal notice, you price is increasing to €5039.88 it read, FYI logmein its not, i got a quote from teamviewer for €1100 for the exact same service so goodbye. How the hell can you justify such a price increase (last year was €2040 in total). Its a crazy increase with zero explanation other than you dont need to do anything we'll continue to bill you as normal. Really annoyed by the attitude of this company, there are alternatives.

GBAbsolutely outrageous company Absolutely outrageous company. For the last 3 years they've been tripling the price to the point now where it's totally unacceptable - over £4000!!!! However, trying to cancel the auto-renewal is ridiculous. Tried to find online where to cancel - no ability to cancel from your account. According to their help page the only way to cancel is to ring them. Spent 4 hours on the phone on hold - only to be cut off. Emailed support to ask for the auto-renewal to be cancelled - no response. Thankfully I've been able to instruct my credit card company to block any payments to them so they won't be able to take the money.
