GBUnauthorized ACH withdrawals despite canceling three (3) times two years in a row... The fact they kept charging us two years in a row by ACH debit after we had canceled our account. Not only that, but they send out an invoice with an email ar.us at LMI that they later claim is not one they use (but its on all the invoices they sent), and on the invoice, indicated we could pay by check or send wire / ACH to their account listed, but nowhere did they indicate they were going to withdraw the money by ACH. After the withdrawal they also did not send a receipt or a copy of the transaction (which is required by law). Clearly, they are intentionally misrepresenting and doing this knowingly.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. You would think an IT company would have good IT itself but after being prompted for my case number three times the rep picking up asked for it anyway. The first rep hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel the service. The rep also refused to cancel the account until I perfectly recited my old credit card billing address they had from 10 years ago which I was missing a box number on. Absurd. They deserve 0 stars.

GBAbsolutely outrageous company Absolutely outrageous company. For the last 3 years they've been tripling the price to the point now where it's totally unacceptable - over £4000!!!! However, trying to cancel the auto-renewal is ridiculous. Tried to find online where to cancel - no ability to cancel from your account. According to their help page the only way to cancel is to ring them. Spent 4 hours on the phone on hold - only to be cut off. Emailed support to ask for the auto-renewal to be cancelled - no response. Thankfully I've been able to instruct my credit card company to block any payments to them so they won't be able to take the money.

AUThe company kept increasing their… The company kept increasing their prices so much every year. Keep a good eye on your bills as they go up dramatically. its such a shame they dont care about keeping customers after calling them before we left. There is many other alternatives out there Hopefully they review there pricing so many customers we see on a lot of review channels go back....

GBYou cancel and they still take money out of your account I cancelled the account over the phone. Now, they apparently have no record of this and still automatically renewing my subscription. Logmein won't refund due to the terms of renewal, which I didn't authorise. It looks like since their data breach, they are doing dodgy things to keep the company afloat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO KNOWN AS GOTO.
