GBPrice keeps going up. Splashtop a much cheaper solution We have been a long-time customer of Logmein. Very disappointed they continue to raise the prices as high as they are doing when we only use very basic features. This forced us to start looking around and I discovered Splashtop.com. it works exactly the same way including giving user and group permissions. And it's less than half the price. I highly recommend checking it out and wish I would have found it sooner. Sometimes you outprice yourself from the competition enforce your own customers into looking for options that turns out to be cheaper and better. Hopefully their sales department figures it out before it's too late

GBHorrible customer service, waste of money, billing closed account Horrible customer service, and they continue to try and bill us AFTER we paid off our contract and asked for the account to be closed, threatening to take us to collections. I will be contacting legal representation to address this issue, if they continue to threaten with a bill that has already been paid. Save yourself the headache and wasted money, and go with Zoom. There is a reason nobody uses this horrible platform. What a waste of money.

GBLogMeln is Unethical, (addition to my 1st review) LogMeln is unethical, (addition to my 1st review.) My "confirm" emails from the bank transaction, with LogMeln (which should of been Microsoft) seem to have disappeared from my email account. !! Totally gone- *poof* -not in spam or any place. Too funny, LogMeln because I took pictures of those confirm emails, prior to LogMeln deleting them. LogMeln is an unethical, scamming company.

GBUnauthorized ACH withdrawals despite canceling three (3) times two years in a row... The fact they kept charging us two years in a row by ACH debit after we had canceled our account. Not only that, but they send out an invoice with an email ar.us at LMI that they later claim is not one they use (but its on all the invoices they sent), and on the invoice, indicated we could pay by check or send wire / ACH to their account listed, but nowhere did they indicate they were going to withdraw the money by ACH. After the withdrawal they also did not send a receipt or a copy of the transaction (which is required by law). Clearly, they are intentionally misrepresenting and doing this knowingly.

GBUnethical and Grossly Overpriced Not only has the price tripled over the past few years but they have exploited the COVID crisis. After charging us in March, they relayed there is a 30 day cap on ALL refunds. Given the recent effects on COVID on most businesses, including ours, this was a clear case of profiting from a pandemic. We shall never do business with this company again. There are just too many other remote access options out there at a fraction of the cost.
