I had an overall avarage experience… I had an overall avarage experience with USA Halth and Wellness. I'm a bit dissapointed that their website is nothing to write home about - it seems a bit out of date. The products they offer are basicly avarage in quallity and prices are quite avergae too. Unfortunately, I didn't find manye great deals there. It's not a terrible place to buy wellness products but not great either. It deserves an avarage rating in my opinion.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs! Thank you, Garen!!

I use usahealthandwellness.com for some… I use usahealthandwellness.com for some medical products and have had an average experience. They have a decent selection and a fair way of ordering. In genreal, the prices are in line with what you'd expect, though they aren't the chepest compared to other vendors. The customer service isn't necessarilly the friendlist, but they manage to get issues adressed quickly if there are complaints. The delivery generally arrives in reasonable time and the quality of products is satisfactory. All in all, it's not bad, but there are certainly other companies that could suit people better based on what they need.

Buyer beware. I bought a Therasauna and I’m not happy with it. Only gets to 120 degrees. Poor fit and finish. Therasauna referred me back to USAHAW. I contacted USA Health and Wellness for the 30 day return and they completely blew me off. Don’t buy from this place. They are happy to take your money, but if you have any issues, too bad you’re out of luck.

Guidance with Passion Early stage search of the best full spectrum sauna found me @ USA Health and Wellness where I liked what I read. I picked up the phone and was drawn in further after feeling that Garen was truly passionate about guiding me through my questions and concerns. We talked nearly an hour and I never once felt his concerns were about his bottom line and more that it was all about me. Full of knowledge, expertise and experience as opposed to a typical sales clerk who knows nothing beyond the spec sheets in front of him. I am sold on Garen Manzo and Tyler Pellitier!
