Sauna was misrepresented! Loved sauna when I was told it had a lifetime warranty and 100% made in America. Come to find out it was misrepresented, fine print states on heaters have a life-time warranty with a $100 deductible per incident. Furthermore, the 100% made in America was a flat out lie as the Android tablet the runs the saune is made in china!!

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs! We purchased a sauna from this company… We purchased a sauna from this company last April. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Tyler, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our sauna. It gets used daily, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the product. Overall, a very positive experience!

I put off buying a sauna for months because of uncertainty re options. These guys talked to me and helped me understand pros and cons of various features and options _in relation to what I was looking for_! When I was ready to buy...the process was easy. Delivery was quick, efficient, friendly.

GREAT service and product! We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness.
