We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!

Guidance with Passion Early stage search of the best full spectrum sauna found me @ USA Health and Wellness where I liked what I read. I picked up the phone and was drawn in further after feeling that Garen was truly passionate about guiding me through my questions and concerns. We talked nearly an hour and I never once felt his concerns were about his bottom line and more that it was all about me. Full of knowledge, expertise and experience as opposed to a typical sales clerk who knows nothing beyond the spec sheets in front of him. I am sold on Garen Manzo and Tyler Pellitier!

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. Easy to put together Easy to put together. Video sent ahead of time prepared us well. Customer service was prompt. When question couldn’t be answered the representative went straight to the manufacturer and I got a quick response. Appreciated that a lot. I still don’t understand the “lifetime” warranty on heater units and how they can be measured by hours of use. I appreciate dealing with a company in the USA.
