She held my hand through the whole process and was available through each and every step from purchase to delivery. The prices are really great. I was able to save on a brand new model and even received backrests at no cost. I highly recommend shopping here. GREAT service and product! We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness. His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.

No sauna delivered yet I ordered and paid for my sauna on February 22,I still haven't received it. I was told it would be 2 months when I ordered it. I sent e-mail on May 6, asking for update on delivery. I received a response on May 10, saying it may be several more weeks. I haven't heard anything since. I received an e-mail on May 23 asking for a review, it said I could wait until I receive my item to submit my review. , That is what I had planned to do, but I received this e-mail today June 7 which said I will not receive any more requests for a review, so this is my review based on my experience so far.

We purchased a sauna from this company… We purchased a sauna from this company last April. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Tyler, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our sauna. It gets used daily, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the product. Overall, a very positive experience!

Great to work with! We would absolutely recommend USA Health and Wellness! Garen was great to work with! We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!
