Buyer beware. I bought a Therasauna and I’m not happy with it. Only gets to 120 degrees. Poor fit and finish. Therasauna referred me back to USAHAW. I contacted USA Health and Wellness for the 30 day return and they completely blew me off. Don’t buy from this place. They are happy to take your money, but if you have any issues, too bad you’re out of luck.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt… I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for. Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery. Buyer beware!

Great to work with! We would absolutely recommend USA Health and Wellness! Garen was great to work with! We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs! We purchased a sauna from this company… We purchased a sauna from this company last April. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Tyler, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our sauna. It gets used daily, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the product. Overall, a very positive experience!
