One of the features we really wanted was it to be able to be controlled by the app. The app and the connectivity function are terrible. I have been trying for a few hours to get it to work, following online instructions for troubleshooting and nothing is working. A better customer service team would have helped you get the app working before leaving. If you buy this sauna, don't let the crew leave without getting the app connected and working.

Not worth the hype and way overpriced Not worth the hype and way overpriced. I purchased their sanctuary 2 indoor sauna and am very disappointed by the overall quality and especially customer service. Their saunas say made in china everywhere and you can tell they cut corners when it comes to product quality. A piece also was bent when the pallet arrived and it took them 6 weeks to send me a new part so I was left with a half built sauna for a month and a half. Also the heaters seem pretty weak and it takes me forever to sweat.

I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1… I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 sauna a free doing some research. My rep Vicki was super helpful in providing me more information about the health benefits. Deliver was weeks SOONER than expected and I hired 3 guys to rearrange my upstairs to put the sauna in my home gym area. Assembly was a piece of cake as my rep stated and it’s working beautifully. Highly recommend Clearlight.

Prepare to be disappointed Prepare to be disappointed if you choose Clearlight. They will not be transparent about inventory availability and their focus is up-selling you to get the best commission. I was working with Steve and Allison. I got right to the point of pulling the trigger, and oh, no inventory for several months! Don’t waste your time. Radiant Health also has very low EMF and their price point is better. Also the Sunlighten Far-IR is a good choice at a better price. Sales reps from both RH and Sunlighten have been better to work with and seem sincerely wanting to help me. Cheers to your health!

I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna… I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna just simply because it gives me my own surround to enjoy the heat, meditate, and get energized. Besides really well-working infrared panels, I love all the little functions that are easy to handle, I love the colored lights, and that you so easily sync your mobile so that you can listen to your own music while sweating and getting relaxed. (The speaker is so good that my kids go to the sauna to listen to their own songs.) This is my way to spend quality time with myself and simultaneously gain health benefits (as no sore muscles or flues anymore). I love that the sauna is ready straight away when you want to go there, so it's easy to use daily – and also, the wood panels smell really good :)
