I purchased their sanctuary 2 indoor sauna and am very disappointed by the overall quality and especially customer service. Their saunas say made in china everywhere and you can tell they cut corners when it comes to product quality. A piece also was bent when the pallet arrived and it took them 6 weeks to send me a new part so I was left with a half built sauna for a month and a half. Also the heaters seem pretty weak and it takes me forever to sweat.

The customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.

I was working with Steve and Allison. I got right to the point of pulling the trigger, and oh, no inventory for several months! Don’t waste your time. Radiant Health also has very low EMF and their price point is better. Also the Sunlighten Far-IR is a good choice at a better price. Sales reps from both RH and Sunlighten have been better to work with and seem sincerely wanting to help me. Cheers to your health!

I would not purchase again Slick marketing but not worth the price. Cost more than first quoted. Delivery took 3 x what they said - tracking number incorrect. Delivered indoor sauna in boxes out in the rain. Ridiculously heavy & required 4 people to move. Once installed sauna did not work. Parts delivered after installation. Fixed sauna but lights do not work, inside panel does not match outside control panel, humming noise coming from one corner of the sauna and no response to emails - not going to investigate and fix. Mini-skip bin of rubbish left behind with made in China stickers all over the boxes. Big price does not match the service and the product. I would buy another sauna that is moderately priced as the extra price is just marketing. I would not recommend this product.

Fantastic company with exceptional products. After alot of research on my part over almost a year I bought a sauna from clearlight.
