GBTerrible customer service!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! They ghost you as soon as you purchase your product. I was told they would call me back within the hour to receive the exact part information to replace the control box to fix my existing curved sauna. I purchased the upgraded mat earlier that day. Instead I received a rude email stating that because my product was out of warranty they could not help me with locating the proper part and they closed my case and sent a link to a random spa 3rd party site with thousandsof parts. For the record I always stated it was out of warranty anf just wanted the ability to purchased the new proper replacement box. I immediately tried to cancel the mat order because now the original dome is garbage and I'd rather purchased a new sauna with another company. You would think customer loyalty would be valued but NOT with Clearlight! There are so many great companies who actually care about the customers.

AUI would not purchase again Slick marketing but not worth the price. Cost more than first quoted. Delivery took 3 x what they said - tracking number incorrect. Delivered indoor sauna in boxes out in the rain. Ridiculously heavy & required 4 people to move. Once installed sauna did not work. Parts delivered after installation. Fixed sauna but lights do not work, inside panel does not match outside control panel, humming noise coming from one corner of the sauna and no response to emails - not going to investigate and fix. Mini-skip bin of rubbish left behind with made in China stickers all over the boxes. Big price does not match the service and the product. I would buy another sauna that is moderately priced as the extra price is just marketing. I would not recommend this product.

GBGreat sauna, useless APP Installed my Sanctuary 2 in April 2023. Installation went well although more detailed instructions would help with some questions that come up when trying to interpret images. Have been using it 4 times a week since then WITHOUT a single issue. Bought the extra heater. In my opinion this is a must!! I find the quality of the product to be worth the investment and hope to get years of regular use out of it. No problems with customer service, ordering or delivery. Biggest complaint is the inability to use the APP on my IPhone. With known issues, it’s hard to believe that the Company has not effectively been able to address the useless APP. Would love to at least be able to turn on the sauna remotely to warm it up. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. C’mon Clearlight!

GBFantastic company with exceptional products. After alot of research on my part over almost a year I bought a sauna from clearlight. After nearly 3 decades with a parathyroid adenoma on my heart I had been subjected to dozens of sestimibi scans, which area a radiation based. I spoke to Johannes and the team who helped answer my questions and with the lifetime guarantee on their product I was deeply reassured with my purchase. I've had my sauna now for 2 and a half years and my heavy metal baseline have reduced, my health is better and my recovery post exercise is greatly improved. I've now purchased my photobio modulation unit and cant wait to add this to my daily sauna routine. Many of my friends have been impressed with the sauna and some have gone on to make their own purchase. Buy with 100% confidence.

GBnot worth it. dissapointed. - they get their saunas from china so they have been facing incredible delays where my sauna took over 7 months to ship, the delivery date kept pushing because my sauna was stuck at the port from china! - one of the walls arrived damaged and it took 5 days to get ahold of their support team and then 3 weeks to get a replacement wall - when I finally got the sauna setup the heaters were definitely weaker than I expected - NOT worth the high price tag, disappointed
