GBI have been using the sanctuary… I have been using the sanctuary Clearlight sauna at several spas over the past few yrs and am totally hooked! The infrared really helps my lyme disease symptoms and there is no doubt working up a good sweat helps detox the body. Its great as due to weakness i am unable to exercise so the fact that it is helping to work the heart is another bonus! Ive done extensive research into the various brands and feel v safe using Clearlight as they have low emfs and use non toxic materials. im super excited as ive finally got the space to have my own so have just ordered the essential model! Johannes has been incredibly helpful answering all my questions. Thank you Clearlight:-)))

GBThe sauna itself is working fine and we… The sauna itself is working fine and we like it. One of the features we really wanted was it to be able to be controlled by the app. The app and the connectivity function are terrible. I have been trying for a few hours to get it to work, following online instructions for troubleshooting and nothing is working. A better customer service team would have helped you get the app working before leaving. If you buy this sauna, don't let the crew leave without getting the app connected and working.

IEShocking Customer Service, never again Great Sauan, disgraceful service. I own a limited company which purchased a sauna last September. Clearlight are refusing to return VAT (sales tax) valued over €1200. They have tried to make out the business is not vat registered, even though we file VAT every 2 months and provided government docs. A miserable experience, will not be dealing with them again. They are quite rude and are blaming the customer for wanting what's owed, Iam happy to provide more details to any would be future customer. My advice, find a better provider, they are all made in the same place, China. Least they won't try gaslight you

GBnot worth it. dissapointed. - they get their saunas from china so they have been facing incredible delays where my sauna took over 7 months to ship, the delivery date kept pushing because my sauna was stuck at the port from china! - one of the walls arrived damaged and it took 5 days to get ahold of their support team and then 3 weeks to get a replacement wall - when I finally got the sauna setup the heaters were definitely weaker than I expected - NOT worth the high price tag, disappointed

GBGreat sauna, useless APP Installed my Sanctuary 2 in April 2023. Installation went well although more detailed instructions would help with some questions that come up when trying to interpret images. Have been using it 4 times a week since then WITHOUT a single issue. Bought the extra heater. In my opinion this is a must!! I find the quality of the product to be worth the investment and hope to get years of regular use out of it. No problems with customer service, ordering or delivery. Biggest complaint is the inability to use the APP on my IPhone. With known issues, it’s hard to believe that the Company has not effectively been able to address the useless APP. Would love to at least be able to turn on the sauna remotely to warm it up. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. C’mon Clearlight!
