GBDo NOT recommend I would not recommend the Sanctuary Retreat from Clearlight. I purchased it in November 2023, it is now almost Feb 2024, and I still cannot use it. The floorboards are warped so badly that clients would get hurt. And the bench board is broken, both pieces were wrapped perfectly, which means that the quality control dept let this go. Customer service said the items would be replaced in 7-10 weeks. They would not do anything else for the major inconvenience.

GBSo happy with my sanctuary Full… So happy with my sanctuary Full Spectrum Sauna, love how easy and quick it was to assemble. I had one problem after I purchased, and this was dealt with straight away by the Customer Care team - Thanks you!!!!!

IEShocking Customer Service, never again Great Sauan, disgraceful service. I own a limited company which purchased a sauna last September. Clearlight are refusing to return VAT (sales tax) valued over €1200. They have tried to make out the business is not vat registered, even though we file VAT every 2 months and provided government docs. A miserable experience, will not be dealing with them again. They are quite rude and are blaming the customer for wanting what's owed, Iam happy to provide more details to any would be future customer. My advice, find a better provider, they are all made in the same place, China. Least they won't try gaslight you

AUClearlight - service and sauna I was a bit concerned after reading a few of the reviews about Clearlight saunas and so I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of promises from its representatives. Must say, they lived up to everything. Bella Mata Luque was totally impressive and professional. Couldnt recommend clearlight and Bella higly enough. We are loving the sauna.

NLCustomer service that matches the product; top notch! We have been using the Essential 2 persons sauna for almost a year now and we love it. Out of the multiple (cheaper) choices out there, we felt Clearlight saunas offers a premium product and matching customer service. Although we bought their base model, it doesn't feel like "economy class". A small corner in the attic was just enough to have our own private spa, which you can enjoy anytime you have a bit of free time to relax. The customer service is top notch and you really sense that Clearlight is aiming to please their customers.
