9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

No Response, No Results no response, no results. EDIT Dante has responded here on trust pilot on April 24 2024. I have previously written to Dante using the email they referenced two times since Dec 2023. I have also filled out the contact forms online. After recieving no responses over several weeks I gave up and disputed the charge with my bank. I have also reported Dante to the FTC and BBB and written to the CEO on linkedIn. This Trust Pilot response has been the first communication since I received my DNA test kit.

Kit instructions were easy to follow as… Kit instructions were easy to follow as well as registration. Returning kit is free, just drop off at local post office. I received emails regularly to let me know what step the processing of kit was at. My results were back in around 6 weeks time. Happy with Dante Labs & would totally recommend!

1+ year after submitting, still not results My kit was received by Dante Labs in December 2022. I still have not received my results. Contacted customer servise on multiple occassions, they do answer but it is always the same response of 'we are so sorry' and 'we are doing everything we can'. At this point I am sure they lost my kit, along with numerous others' judging on the reviews here. I am just genuinely curious what happened since I am sure I will never receive my results. Tell your customers the truth since there is no way my kit has been sequencing for a year.

They don’t even deserve one star! They don’t even deserve one star. Complete robbery, you can’t get a refund, your results never arrive and they stop responding to you. They should be investigated.
