I got the shipping label today, and the address is a virtual address at an Express Ship, not a lab. I know this is a German company, but I don't feel comfortable at all with sending my sample to a location that is not a lab. Who knows where my sample is actually going or what will be done with it? When I got the express ship destination label, I came here to check other reviews. Wow! I was blown away that I'm definitely not alone, and also, they literally just didn't send the shipping label. I'm concerned that I am part of a full-on scam and I already entered all my personal details into their portal.

They don’t even deserve one star! They don’t even deserve one star. Complete robbery, you can’t get a refund, your results never arrive and they stop responding to you. They should be investigated.

Fast results, responsive support I received my results about a month after I sent in my sample, which was faster than what they promised. I had a question about submitting my sample and got a quick and helpful reply from customer service. I don’t think you could do better for getting whole genome sequencing.
