9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

1+ year after submitting, still not results My kit was received by Dante Labs in December 2022. I still have not received my results. Contacted customer servise on multiple occassions, they do answer but it is always the same response of 'we are so sorry' and 'we are doing everything we can'. At this point I am sure they lost my kit, along with numerous others' judging on the reviews here. I am just genuinely curious what happened since I am sure I will never receive my results. Tell your customers the truth since there is no way my kit has been sequencing for a year.

I wish I could give them a 0 rating Buying anything from Dante Labs is a complete and total waste of money. The customer service is non-existent and there is absolutely no communication along the way. I paid for two kits which worked out to 500 Euro (approximately AUD$1000). The kits arrived within 4 weeks which was the only positive I could say. There was no return label so I had to pay for international return postage and after 3 months and countless emails back and forth, my sample was apparently returned to me. I am yet to see any of my money back and doubt I ever will. The only reason I gave this a 1-star review is because I couldn't give a 0. Do not purchase anything from Dante Labs.
