I didn't remember seeing a return… I didn't remember seeing a return label, but I assumed it must have been me... that I did something with it. So I've been reaching out to their support through their emails and contact forms for a literal month about getting a label. Then, when I started posting on their Insta, low and behold someone finally answered me with a label. I got the shipping label today, and the address is a virtual address at an Express Ship, not a lab. I know this is a German company, but I don't feel comfortable at all with sending my sample to a location that is not a lab. Who knows where my sample is actually going or what will be done with it? When I got the express ship destination label, I came here to check other reviews. Wow! I was blown away that I'm definitely not alone, and also, they literally just didn't send the shipping label. I'm concerned that I am part of a full-on scam and I already entered all my personal details into their portal.

Don't use this company Don't use this company. I sent in my blood sample almost a year ago and when writing to them they can only say they have the sample. That's it! I think they either destroyed it or lost it. They won't give me my money back either. It's a scam and they lack all creditability. Save your money.

I am disappointed with this company that does not exist Hallo I hope you are well. I am writing to express my concern about the waiting time for the results of GFXC934545's procedure. After reading the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I understand that some people have been waiting a long time to get their results. I want to know how many months I will have to wait for the results. I don't want you to be hesitant to prioritize my family because I understand that you are busy. But, it is important for me to know the result and not to wait for months or worse, completely forgotten. Please consider my request to speed up the procedure and provide me with the results as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any additional information that may be needed to facilitate the process. Thank you for your time and dedication.

1+ year after submitting, still not results My kit was received by Dante Labs in December 2022. I still have not received my results. Contacted customer servise on multiple occassions, they do answer but it is always the same response of 'we are so sorry' and 'we are doing everything we can'. At this point I am sure they lost my kit, along with numerous others' judging on the reviews here. I am just genuinely curious what happened since I am sure I will never receive my results. Tell your customers the truth since there is no way my kit has been sequencing for a year.
