Turnaround time of about a month between sending in sample and getting results. Best value for whole genome testing, super helpful suite of genetic reports, and easy to use interface. Very happy with my experience!

After reading the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I understand that some people have been waiting a long time to get their results. I want to know how many months I will have to wait for the results. I don't want you to be hesitant to prioritize my family because I understand that you are busy. But, it is important for me to know the result and not to wait for months or worse, completely forgotten. Please consider my request to speed up the procedure and provide me with the results as soon as possible. I am afraid this company is Fraud I am afraid this company is Fraud - I have waited 66 weeks and they still keep promising results. Even the CEO !! promises, and they still do not deliver - STAY AWAY ! Facebook group to prepare trial to be prepared - they do answer here on Trustpilot - but what they promise is absolutely not true. They are even marketing themselves with Trustpilot ! - how come ? Over 50% dissatisfied customers. Trustpilot should probably take action themselves , not to be misused, and check their marketing on Facebook and Instagram.

Kit instructions were easy to follow as… Kit instructions were easy to follow as well as registration. Returning kit is free, just drop off at local post office. I received emails regularly to let me know what step the processing of kit was at. My results were back in around 6 weeks time. Happy with Dante Labs & would totally recommend!
