Horrendous company Horrendous company. SO many women have told me they had dangerous experiences with men as amssage therapists and they still kept several men I reported in the system to book. I tried to call the emergency line and or post on the facebook group to get help in one instance and they deleted my posts. I was in a dangerous situation. They lie at onboarding saying safety is important and then do NOTHING to protect therapists. They also UNDERPAY and it is the lowest pay for outcalls. This company does not care about you or your wellbeing or safety

Absolute trash for clients and… Absolute trash for clients and providers alike. Pray you don’t need assistance with anything. The app CONSTANTLY GLITCHES. When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.

Terrible experience booking my first… Terrible experience booking my first massage with soothe.com, but I'm so glad I didn't take the membership. The massage therapist showed up 45 mins late, forgot her mask, shut my room's door on my face saying she "needs to breathe" instead of politely asking a few minutes to set things up. Such a terrible service and I regret so much booking a massage through soothe on my birthday.

Credit card payment went through and massage technician cancelled in the middle of the night before this AM appt most likely because it is raining. This was for my partners birthday we cannot reschedule and that’s the option the app is providing. Terrible
