Credit card payment went through and massage technician cancelled in the middle of the night before this AM appt most likely because it is raining. This was for my partners birthday we cannot reschedule and that’s the option the app is providing. Terrible

CAHORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Booked couples massage. These people took $344 out of my account only to inform me 2 hours before our appointment that they don’t have technicians to do our appointment. They take your money with ZERO knowledge whether or not they can even accommodate you. This is THEFT. Disgusting display of how business SHOULD NOT be run. None of their therapists are RMT’s we ONLY found out AFTER booking this bogus appointment. WASTE OF TIME, ripoff joke of a company.

GBSoothe two hour session only with 100 mins massage I have used both soothe and zeel, and every time i booked two hour soothe massage, it turns out i only get like 100 min massage time. (the therapist arrives late, and take time to set up and pack the stuff) while on zeel i book 90min session and the therapists arrive early and do a real 90 min session. What is soothe policy on 2 hour massage session ? Using 20 mins for setting up and packing seems really unfair and overcharged. Zeel feels much more professional and did not cheat on customers!

GBTerrible experience booking my first… Terrible experience booking my first massage with soothe.com, but I'm so glad I didn't take the membership. The massage therapist showed up 45 mins late, forgot her mask, shut my room's door on my face saying she "needs to breathe" instead of politely asking a few minutes to set things up. Such a terrible service and I regret so much booking a massage through soothe on my birthday.

CABirthday surprise ruined in Ottawa I prebooked a massage for my husband and I for my husband's birthday and a special hotel room. My credit card was charged. 2 hr prior to massage I called support because therapists had never reached out. Was advised they were unable To contact therapists and when pushed I was advised therapist had not accepted any appointments in over a week. Then advised would be 10 days for my $300 to be returned to me.
