Hurt my shoulders I had 2 swedish massages with Soothe. The first one was fine. For the 2nd one, I had to tell the provider (different than the first massage) 3 to 4 times that she was pressing way too hard and hurting me, also moving my shoulders in uncomfortable, un-natural ways. Both my shoulders have been hurting since then (it's been 1 month) particularly the right one, with pain waking me up at night and pain during the day. I cannot attend my swim lessons because of it. She clearly messed up some tendons or nerve.

Too many rescheduled massages Failing company. Unprofitable and it shows through the way they treat their employees. You want proof? You want me to take down the review because there’s not enough information? Let me elaborate... The massages I book keep getting rescheduled or cancelled. Why schedule something and cancel last second? How can I plan out a night when there’s a more than 75% chance it’ll be rescheduled, cancelled or moved around? And I can’t even put the blame on the therapists. They’re not getting paid enough to care. Also, their customer service takes much too long to respond.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ladies beware - if you hire a male therapist, they will touch you inappropriately and act unprofessional. If you hire a woman, they will cancel minutes before your session. They will tell you they will find another therapist but never do and you’ll manage waiting hours by your phone on the off-chance they will fill the appointment. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, nobody will answer the phone. “Expect a call back in 24-48 hours” they’ll say… Choose Zeel instead!

Great experience Great experience! As a first time user, I was skeptical to say the least. I have to admit that I was quite impressed by the level of professionalism and skill of both therapists (my wife and mine). Julia and Michelle did a great job! They arrived before time and provided a terrific massage experience. I normally don't provide reviews but in this case i felt that i should. Keep up the great work!

Birthday surprise ruined in Ottawa I prebooked a massage for my husband and I for my husband's birthday and a special hotel room. My credit card was charged. 2 hr prior to massage I called support because therapists had never reached out. Was advised they were unable To contact therapists and when pushed I was advised therapist had not accepted any appointments in over a week. Then advised would be 10 days for my $300 to be returned to me.
