Birthday surprise ruined in Ottawa I prebooked a massage for my husband and I for my husband's birthday and a special hotel room. My credit card was charged. 2 hr prior to massage I called support because therapists had never reached out. Was advised they were unable To contact therapists and when pushed I was advised therapist had not accepted any appointments in over a week. Then advised would be 10 days for my $300 to be returned to me.

The quality of therapists in Australia…Top!! The quality of therapists in Australia is above all! Have booked numerous times and always have a fantastic experience.The therapists are very professional and really care about what they do. The app is brilliant and so easy to use. If you need to make a change to your booking you can do so yourself through the app. The price is maybe slightly higher, but honestly when you get the best massage and the convenience of having it at home it is well worth it. I usually book the same therapist now each time, she is amazing and knows exactly what to work on from the last session. Highly recommend this service!!

Soothe Internet Service Scam-- Soothe Internet Service Scam-- Canceled a Sooth account after finding they didn't have providers in my area, however, Sooth never canceled their billing. Continued to bill my card monthly for $89. Discovered this when doing my taxes (billed HSA) and now Soothe refuses to respond to calls, emails, or texts. Merlin Kauffman is the owner, who lives in San Juan. Hope he is enjoying being a criminal.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ladies beware - if you hire a male therapist, they will touch you inappropriately and act unprofessional. If you hire a woman, they will cancel minutes before your session. They will tell you they will find another therapist but never do and you’ll manage waiting hours by your phone on the off-chance they will fill the appointment. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, nobody will answer the phone. “Expect a call back in 24-48 hours” they’ll say… Choose Zeel instead!

Gifted massage therapist My massage therapist Christina is one of the best I’ve ever used. She has a gift, and knows exactly where my pain, knots, issues are every time I see her. The (Soothe) app is awesome, as I love being able to set up a massage anytime I need. And the response from the customer service team is always quick with a response, and very polite. Absolutely wonderful.
