This App Has Bugs It was a hassle to apply as they were not knowledgeable about the requirements to be a massage therapist in California. I never had clients with this service. Customers were very far away and they would book less than a half-hour from the scheduled time. I required at least 24 hours; I do have another job. Most of the time I would get an error message if I decided to accept an appointment.

Absolute trash for clients and… Absolute trash for clients and providers alike. Pray you don’t need assistance with anything. The app CONSTANTLY GLITCHES. When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.

Soothe two hour session only with 100 mins massage I have used both soothe and zeel, and every time i booked two hour soothe massage, it turns out i only get like 100 min massage time. (the therapist arrives late, and take time to set up and pack the stuff) while on zeel i book 90min session and the therapists arrive early and do a real 90 min session. What is soothe policy on 2 hour massage session ? Using 20 mins for setting up and packing seems really unfair and overcharged. Zeel feels much more professional and did not cheat on customers!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Booked couples massage. These people took $344 out of my account only to inform me 2 hours before our appointment that they don’t have technicians to do our appointment. They take your money with ZERO knowledge whether or not they can even accommodate you. This is THEFT. Disgusting display of how business SHOULD NOT be run. None of their therapists are RMT’s we ONLY found out AFTER booking this bogus appointment. WASTE OF TIME, ripoff joke of a company.

App is bad. Not interested in finding out more This is a review of the app, which is so mediocre that I did not proceed with booking a massage with this company. The app basically only offers you the option to book a "blind" session, in which you are not able to select what therapist will come based on their feedback or you prior experience. Lunacy. I immediately uninstalled the app.
