Horrendous company Horrendous company. SO many women have told me they had dangerous experiences with men as amssage therapists and they still kept several men I reported in the system to book. I tried to call the emergency line and or post on the facebook group to get help in one instance and they deleted my posts. I was in a dangerous situation. They lie at onboarding saying safety is important and then do NOTHING to protect therapists. They also UNDERPAY and it is the lowest pay for outcalls. This company does not care about you or your wellbeing or safety

Too many rescheduled massages Failing company. Unprofitable and it shows through the way they treat their employees. You want proof? You want me to take down the review because there’s not enough information? Let me elaborate... The massages I book keep getting rescheduled or cancelled. Why schedule something and cancel last second? How can I plan out a night when there’s a more than 75% chance it’ll be rescheduled, cancelled or moved around? And I can’t even put the blame on the therapists. They’re not getting paid enough to care. Also, their customer service takes much too long to respond.

Soothe is not so soothing As a licensed massage therapist, I resigned from accepting clients with them on 3/5/24. They were happy. I started publicizing how I was sexually harassed on assignments and they did nothing about it. They don’t even have a SOAP note process. Never thought I would say this: You’d be better with the greater of the two evils - Zeel.

Hurt my shoulders I had 2 swedish massages with Soothe. The first one was fine. For the 2nd one, I had to tell the provider (different than the first massage) 3 to 4 times that she was pressing way too hard and hurting me, also moving my shoulders in uncomfortable, un-natural ways. Both my shoulders have been hurting since then (it's been 1 month) particularly the right one, with pain waking me up at night and pain during the day. I cannot attend my swim lessons because of it. She clearly messed up some tendons or nerve.

I didn't get the massage that had been confirmed Like others, I booked an appointment, got a confirmation, and then no one showed up. When I emailed them, they said they hadn't been able to get a confirmed massage for me. I showed them the screenshot of the confirmation, and they changed their tune to a cancellation. Since I'd read a lot of reviews saying this had happened, my hopes were not high, and actually getting a massage was going to be a bonus. They'll release my credit card hold within three days. I'll go to the massage place near here when I want one. I'd played in a hockey tournament this weekend and really could have used one last night.
