THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE… EDIT - i would love to be included in the class action law suit!!! -- THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I subscribed to a year long subscription and have not received anything for the past 5 months. the only response i've gotten is "we'll send this to our shipping department" and after several follow ups, they have stopped responding completely. get ipsy instead, they're reliable.

I was billed for at least 3 boxes and… I was billed for at least 3 boxes and only ever received 1. Products were mediocre in the only box I received. No customer service to help fix unfulfilled orders or fraudulent billing either.

They are a complete scam ..I have tried… They are a complete scam ..I have tried and tried to cancel them for over a year now .they somehow keep taking money out of my account and I have not received anything I have tried to email and I have gotten no response. I have tried to log in and of course I can't ...how can I file against them,this is ridiculous

I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and… I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and August 2021. I never received these products. I made quite a few emails to lip monthly. To no avail. It's always the same thing, we will look into this matter, or we will send a note to shipping. Still haven't received the products. So frustrating that lip monthly advertises for new customers when the can't even take care of existing customers. No sense ordering from them. You're wasting your money. Worst subscription ever!!!!

Thank you Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending me lip colors I can actually wear! Beautiful shades, and not a brown, purple or orange in the bunch! As a 60-year-old woman, I appreciate receiving colors that aren't more suited to a 20-something. We older women want attention, too!
