GBI had an account previously (over a…year ago) but they reactivated w/out permission to my old address! I had an account previously (over a year ago) and suddenly I'm seeing bill for my new residence address AND my past address... using the card I'd previously used. They create new account and reactivated old account (I don't send makeup to my previous address!)... and realized it after several months of charges on my card listed as lm. NEVER got any of the products and DID NOT re-activate the one account or create the other one.

GBI love getting to try high quality lip… I love getting to try high quality lip products that I wouldn't normally buy on my own. I've really enjoyed trying everything I have received so far in my 3 bags. I did have an issue one month where my shipment was never shipped and I had to contact customer service several times before I finally got someone to solve the issue, but other than that, it's been great.

GBThank you Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending me lip colors I can actually wear! Beautiful shades, and not a brown, purple or orange in the bunch! As a 60-year-old woman, I appreciate receiving colors that aren't more suited to a 20-something. We older women want attention, too!

GBLet’s File A Class Action Lawsuit I’d love to be part of a class action lawsuit against this company. When I first subscribed, they were great. I loved the products and the affordable subscription. But since at least October 2021, I have paid monthly for a subscription I am unable to cancel, and haven’t received a bag. They have no way to contact them or cancel, just a form on their website. There is no phone number or email. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and even they have been unable to contact this company. The subscription price has also INCREASED. By about $10. I’m now paying over $20 monthly for a subscription I don’t receive and am unable to cancel. This needs to stop.

GBBUYER BEWARE DONT DO IT!!!!!this… BUYER BEWARE DONT DO IT!!!!!this website is a total scam I paid 3 times and they email me and say update my card that I haven't paid I even sent them my bank statement showing them where I paid it has no customer service thet say they email u but they dont
