GBI purchased the extended warranty when… I purchased the extended warranty when buying new appliances. I had no choice in selecting Centricity, it was chosen for me. To date I’ve had to schedule one service call for the washer which has been repaired (March 1, 2024).

GBWhat is Centricity What is Centricity? Why am I repeatedly being asked to review it, for what publication and will I be paid for my time?

GBEpicprotect Is Terrible Epicprotect, or centricity now, are a total sham. I was sold a television with an extended warranty by them. The TV went bad and after a month of calling them every two days, they finally told me that they don't cover the vendor that sold the TV so I would have to talk to them. I provided them an invoice that shows the coverage provided by EpicProtect, which they said was valid, yet are still denying me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will do all that I can to get them to honor this. I will never buy anything with their name on it again. EDIT: Someone is guilty of fraud and theft here. I was informed by Centricity that their legal team is looking into it as well. It seems the seller attached EpicProtect protection to the TV without actually paying for it. I am trying to contact AVNation in Hollywood FL. but so far they wont respond. I will be going to Amazon resolution as well.

GBService for Washer and Dryer Service tech was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Provided information and helpful tips that were not provided to us before that will help to resolve part of issue and resolved issues quickly.

GBIf you love having to constantly harass them to see why everything takes so long you will love centricity! This is the second time I have used centricity to repair my phone, the first time was a complete nightmare as my phone was no longer useable, it took a month and me calling everyday. Finally I got fed up asked for a manager and magically everything was fixed in few days. Complete BS. Now I have to deal with them again cause I prepaid for the service, thankfully it ends in July. It has been pulling teeth with these people, I filed a claim paid the deductible, no email no call nothing. I waited 2 days, finally emailed them asking what was going on and what steps I need to take 2 days later they said they don't see a payment, so I screen shot my back account, another day and ohh yes we do see it. That was it, so I emailed back asking what I need to do next, days later ohh you need to get a quote. Okay did that sent it in on 03/20 I have asked for days, finally get a response on 03/29 we got it but can't open it, please send again. This is the worst service ever, I do not understand the 5 star reviews, this is already over 2 weeks. Get insurance somewhere, anywhere else.
