GBIf you love having to constantly harass them to see why everything takes so long you will love centricity! This is the second time I have used centricity to repair my phone, the first time was a complete nightmare as my phone was no longer useable, it took a month and me calling everyday. Finally I got fed up asked for a manager and magically everything was fixed in few days. Complete BS. Now I have to deal with them again cause I prepaid for the service, thankfully it ends in July. It has been pulling teeth with these people, I filed a claim paid the deductible, no email no call nothing. I waited 2 days, finally emailed them asking what was going on and what steps I need to take 2 days later they said they don't see a payment, so I screen shot my back account, another day and ohh yes we do see it. That was it, so I emailed back asking what I need to do next, days later ohh you need to get a quote. Okay did that sent it in on 03/20 I have asked for days, finally get a response on 03/29 we got it but can't open it, please send again. This is the worst service ever, I do not understand the 5 star reviews, this is already over 2 weeks. Get insurance somewhere, anywhere else.

GBWe had a terrible experience with our… We had a terrible experience with our dishwasher andthe service man could not fix it. It has taken a long time to get this taken care of and abraham was not helpful but we got back in touch with tory today and it is being replaced. We appreciate herf for what she did to help us for our dishwasher. we will get another warranty through you again. Deb

GBRecent purchase of two appliances I thought this was about the extended/warranty service on my recent appliances. I don't know how I can really rate it, since I haven't had any issues for you to resolve. My appliances (a gas stovetop and a dishwasher) were properly installed and are working just fine so far. The stovetop did have to be re-ordered because the installer found scratches on it when he inspected it prior to delivery, but it never made it to my house and I did not see it in person before declining to accept it. For what I paid, I expected it to be in good condition. It came a few weeks later than the dishwasher, but so what. I am happy with the work done and the products I chose are working wonderfully well to date.

GBI purchased the extended warranty when… I purchased the extended warranty when buying new appliances. I had no choice in selecting Centricity, it was chosen for me. To date I’ve had to schedule one service call for the washer which has been repaired (March 1, 2024).
