Good Repair Experience Didn't need to wait long for an appointment to determine problem and then get the repair completed. Repairman pleasant; heard me about the issues; and was through investigating problem.

Unprofessional Service I purchased a cooktop and bought the extended warranty that does not expire until December of 2024. My cooktop has stopped work, so we called to have it repaired under the warranty. Apparently, from normal use of the cooktop, someone decided that the cooktop was abused and did not fall under the warranty. I'm a bit confused as to how it could be abused, when all we did was cook. The cooktop comes with seals around the edges and apparently grease seeped into the unit. It seems that seals failed rather than the system was abused. Nevertheless, no one informed me that the system failed and I received by email an appointment for the repair. On the day of repair, we waited for the repairman, but now one showed up. We called to find out the appointment was cancelled and this is when I learned the review. Meanwhile, my 91 year old mother has been without a cooktop a few weeks while we waited for the unit to be fixed. This review is to express the lack of communication as well as the my disagreement about the claim of abuse. Horrible service!

No issues at all. Super responsive and very quick to solve the issue with no hassle. Exactly what you want out of a service like this.

our oven works again the issue was diagnosed quickly and replacement parts were ordered and shipped to us in less than a week. The replacement parts were installed in less than an hour and the unit once again functions correctly.

You are difficult to get ahold of to… You are difficult to get ahold of to ask questions or any progress reports. This ended up to be a 2 month process. Difficult to not have a fully functional refrigerator / freezer for that time period. In the end, the unit was replaced by GE
