Excellent Service The person in charge of repairing my phone was excellent. Bryan broke down the time required and why it would take that long and was very professional. He was actually done a bit early and my phone feels and looks like it is brand new.

My iPhone 13 pro max got completely… My iPhone 13 pro max got completely drenched, thanks to this never ending rain. Life came to a standstill. one visit to the service centre made the dead phone alive. Thank god I had bought protection plan which at that time i felt was unnecessary. Little did I know that accidents can happen anytime anywhere and to anyone

Great service and extra help The tech was able to replace my phone screen within a couple of hours, so I didn't have to give it up for very long. When I went to pick it up, he also gave me some much-needed help on my new Samsung watch without any extra charge. I really appreciate his expertise and willingness to help me become functional again!

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE+ DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE+ Their customer service agents may as well be bots. They cannot tell you when you'll get your replacement device. Been waiting 5 days already for a replacement and calling Servify. None of the agents can tell me when the replacement will come. This is after a lengthy process to even submit the claim because they said, their error, they were collecting my money but for some reason didn't have an active insurance policy with me. They said they'll need to activate the policy and that takes 24 hrs and to call back and resubmit the claim then. Don't recommend buying the insurance. Unless you don't mind waiting who knows how long to obtain your replacement. Edit: The reply from Servify is just a bot. They take forever to actually respond to anything.
