GBI have been a samsung care plus… I have been a samsung care plus customer for years and servify is the reason I will no longer use Samsung care plus. I am going to assurion as they have a dedicated local center. Buyer beware you will end up spending 100$ for a cracked screen repair due to unavailable parts. I would blame this on samsung but servify doesn't do anything to offer a solution but spending 3 x the cost. It should be advertised this way as they mislead you into thinking you can get a 30$ screen repair.

GBThe warranty company is legit they went out of the way to make my claim right The only authorized service center near me within 150 mi was not able to get the required parts. I had to do the online claim but they didn't have the part available either for just replacement screen. The warranty company went out of their way to get the issue taken care of though and made it right so I give them five stars for the effort they put despite the system not being perfect they cannot control Samsung not making enough replacement screens.

GBSimple process I just needed rear glass replaced. It was easy to file a claim make an appointment and have my phone repaired. The only thing I would recommend to improve would be to offer to rent a loaner phone while yours is being repaired.

GBEasy process Easy process. The online claim system was easy to go through, costs were transparent and was easy to schedule with a local repair center. Thrilled I bought the Care+ plan.
