Great customer service creates continual customers and referrals! I spoke with Tawanda Rozier, she has excellent customer service skills. She did a fantastic job handling my need. I highly recommend working with her. I probably would have called around for more quotes if her service was anything below excellent. And it was excellent! This company is a ripoff This company is a ripoff. Customer service agents are quick to rush you off the phone, always fast talking( I guess so they can get back to doing nothing at home). Slow response time for the Indigent program. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear anything in response to my financial hardship affidavit. I know when I’m getting the run around and this company is definitely doing a good job at doing that. I cannot wait to get this interlock out of my vehicle, it has become more of a headache than anything good.
