GBTawanda Rozier = Excellent Customer Service Tawanda Rozier has been very helpful and responsive. She is very pleasant to work with, and you can tell she cares about her customers deeply. GBDevice fell while driving I've had issues with the current device mount in the air vent not staying in place. I placed the device in the passenger seat and it went flying into the floorboard while braking and turning earlier today. It immediately sounded the alarm and stated "program violation" due to "abuse". I called to make sure I wasn't in trouble and was assured that enough force causes that message and not to worry because it showed no error message. Was unsettling when it happened so I called Monitech. Ellie Cepero eased my mind by assisting me and letting me know not to worry that it's not a violation. She was very polite and easy to talk to. Thanks again Ellie.
