JWed used to be a great service but… JWed used to be a great service but now, it's awful. The website started acting up. Chat feature doesn't always work and there is ZERO customer service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You can call. You can email. You can try online Customer Service. Complete waste of money. Lights on but nobody's home.

Compared to other sites Compared to other sites, my experience on Jwed has been great. I feel better knowing that the staff has actually looked at and approved the members, and I have spoken to some interesting people from a variety of places in the world. Not enough Jewish divorced men 50-60 but there never seems to be 🤣

Found service especially useful if more mature in age:) As most know is especially challenging being single, Jewish and being in your later thirties and older. Nevertheless over the years I have had a number of good dates through JWed.

The administration is worse than diabolical I am writing this terrible review, because I found it very difficult to cancel my membership ... kept getting charged, despite the fact that I sent numerous e mails and messages, begging them to cancel my profile and refund me for 4 unwanted months. Never got a reply. Absolutely useless. I paid through the website and not through Apple Pay, this was why it was so hard to cancel. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THE WEBSITE,
