The administration is worse than diabolical I am writing this terrible review, because I found it very difficult to cancel my membership ... kept getting charged, despite the fact that I sent numerous e mails and messages, begging them to cancel my profile and refund me for 4 unwanted months. Found service especially useful if more mature in age:) As most know is especially challenging being single, Jewish and being in your later thirties and older. Nevertheless over the years I have had a number of good dates through JWed.

JWed used to be a great service but… JWed used to be a great service but now, it's awful. The website started acting up. Chat feature doesn't always work and there is ZERO customer service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You can call. You can email. You can try online Customer Service. Complete waste of money. Lights on but nobody's home.
