Exceeded expectations with look and… Exceeded expectations with look and quick delivery. It was a replacement ornament. We found one at Bronners in Michigan for my daughter. Our dog got ahold of it while she's away for the summer and I scrambled to find replace it for her so she wouldn't freak out and be upset that her special ornament is now destroyed. I can't wait for her to see it. It's pretty identical. I'll definitely order more in the future.

I have bought many things from your… I have bought many things from your store and usually they arrive carefully packaged and in good order. However, I ordered animated flying bat: Product code 814050. There were 2 issues: first, the batteries were dead ( I can understand that). More importantly the wings are mechanical and the bat was jammed into box that was too small. Subsequently one of the wings does not work. I tried calling your customer service yesterday, left a message and understand it may take 48 hours to hear back from your company? On a basic level, that is poor customer service. I am anxious to see how this will be resolved.
