I received one wrong ornament out of six I ordered and when notified, they sent the correct one within 3 days. Other companies could take lessons from their customer service department. GBExceeded expectations with look and… Exceeded expectations with look and quick delivery. It was a replacement ornament. We found one at Bronners in Michigan for my daughter. Our dog got ahold of it while she's away for the summer and I scrambled to find replace it for her so she wouldn't freak out and be upset that her special ornament is now destroyed. I can't wait for her to see it. It's pretty identical. I'll definitely order more in the future.
