GBReceived WRONG item First time ordering, and I received the WRONG ITEM. Very upsetting for me, as I live in CA, and had to deal with your time in your location. Please advise whoever receives the orders to pay attention to detail, BEFORE shipping an order.

GBI wanted an ornament that showed out of… I wanted an ornament that showed out of stock online so I emailed the company to find out if they would be getting more. To my delight, Amanda responded saying they had found one more and that she was holding it for me to order. I ordered and also asked for personalization that wasn’t offered in the initial listing. Not only was the ornament personalized but it’s absolutely gorgeous! Kudos to Amanda and to The Christmas Loft, they are simply the best!

GBFound the furry monkey and panda… Found the furry monkey and panda ornaments on this website for a lesser price. The purchase, shipping, and delivery was a up to par. The items arrived in a timely manner. Took off one star because the furry money’s face was not smoothed over. He had bumps from the material making his forehead look almost orangutan like. Then color was put on his face but still shows these uneven surfaces. From a distance they both look super cute.
