GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Ordered a S according to the size chart and it came in and was the wrong size, reached out 3 times to see if I could exchange it for a size bigger and I still haven’t heard an answer back since before Mother’s Day. A friend recommended and I am disappointed. I will not be recommending this brand.

GBGreat communication and delivery I only needed a replacement sash and it was very affordable and had a low shipping rate. I also received emails about my purchase right away with tracking numbers. I also received my product right when I was told I would receive it. Great communication and follow through.

GBTerrible Return Policy (pay for your own return shipping) I attempted buying this product from amazon originally to get my free returns. It never arrived. Forced to buy via direct to consumer website and after product didn’t even get opened wanted to return and I had to pay for the return mailing with tracking ($15). Dissatisfied that all I got via email was essentially a “too bad” read our websites return policy. Over 25% not recovered of my money because of the return policy. Wouldn’t choose to shop via website again.
