Love the product Love the product! I spent hours researching carriers, and the more hours trying tonpickf the right kind of Ktan and this organic one seems perfect for pur Summer Solstice baby girl, It is so light and soft , yet I can see the quality and firmness of the material. I will update the review once the baby is here but so far, I am thrilled.

My experience My carrier was originally too small. Customer service was very helpful with the tips they gave. However it was still too small after trying they’re suggestions. They sent me a new one when their suggestions were still not enough. The new carrier fits and baby is very happy being in it. Would definitely recommend this carrier to others!

Super sweet gift! I was super excited to purchase the garden floral Baby K'tan wrap for a family member as a gift for her newborn. The staff was super helpful & knowledgeable answering a couple questions I had. The site, very easy to navigate. Alot of options, colors and styles. The new Mother LOVES her baby wrap. Excellent product. Extraordinary customer service. First off, the product is fantastic. Secondly, the customer service is extraordinary. I received a Baby K’Tan as a gift off my registry but my friend purchased the wrong color. When I wrote customer service to see if I could discreetly exchange it (without letting my friend know I was trading it in) they were incredibly gracious and allowed me to keep the gifted one and also sent the color I had wanted. Super impressed with this company!

Incredibly organized bag! I had an issue with my first diaper bag l and Baby K’tan replaced it for me. I am very happy with my new bag, love the organization of it, the removable wet bag, and the changing pad that folds out so far (you need to unzip that back compartment all the way around!). Cute print, water resistant fabric, they’ve really thought of everything here! The one thing I would change is making the thermal bottle pocket taller. If you have an 8oz bottle with a lid on it, you have to kind of jam it in there. It is fine, just would be nice for that to be a bit easier.
