So naturally when my baby sister told me she was pregnant with her first daughter I knew that this would be one item I purchased for her and my baby niece. She has received it and loves using with her newborn baby. Thanks for being such a great company and consistently making a product that makes caring for an infant so much easier! GBPoor advice and bad return policy I was between jacket size recommendations for their carriers. It's advised to go a size below in this situation which I did. The carrier was too small for me, even without baby. Their return policy is not up-to-par with the market standard of providing a return label, which costs me more time and money for following their, albeit, poor/incorrect advice. I would not recommend overall.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Ordered a S according to the size chart and it came in and was the wrong size, reached out 3 times to see if I could exchange it for a size bigger and I still haven’t heard an answer back since before Mother’s Day. A friend recommended and I am disappointed. I will not be recommending this brand.

I also received my product right when I was told I would receive it. Great communication and follow through.
