GBThe wood step stool I ordered for my… The wood step stool I ordered for my Granddaughter, white with pastel lettering, is even better than I expected. It's beautifully painted and arrived well before Christmas. I did have a perplexing experience, however. At least a week before I received the stool, I kept getting survey requests asking how I liked the product. Thinking it may have been lost, I called the company. The woman who answered took my order number, I was put on hold. She returned and said the stool would not be delivered for two weeks, until after Christmas. I was very disappointed... until two hours later when the stool arrived on my porch. Merry Christmas!

GBPerfect! ABaby was sooo fast in making our custom moses basket mattress. The mattress fit absolutely perfectly in the basket and our son is really comfortable in it - one of his favorite places to be now!

GBPoor customer service Ordered toddler stepstool early May, it is now mid-June and still have not received it. my granddaughter‘s birthday has come and gone. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to no avail. I have received no response whatsoever to my requests for help and or information. Cannot speak to quality of product because I have not received it, but I do know that I will never order anything from this company again and do not recommend.

GBThe canopy is absolutely perfect The canopy is absolutely perfect. The fit, color, and details are excellent and even better than described. I highly recommend your store and products. Thank you for offering this style of canopy. The variety of colors was awesome. Note: this style was popular in the early 90’s and non existent today. I really struggled to find a new canopy to drape over my old bed. Thanks so much! My grand babies will love it!

GBAbaby.Com fradulent shipping advertising and charges So I order 2 matress and sheets for a baby bassinet. I ordered it on wednesday at roughly 3PM and paid for next day air as we have twins that have a hard bassinet bottom and no cover. I then get a UPS notice saying it would be here 'next' wednesday or a week later after I piad 32.00 for overnight shipping. I finally get a reply from this idiot Hude and here is what he said exactly as I will cut and paste: "Hello, I want to clarify that overnight shipping means with the carrier- that UPS will deliver it within one day. For expedited processing, you would reach out to us right after placing the order so we could let the warehouse know that you need it to ship quick. I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will refund you $15 off the shipping." I got the UPS notice it would be here wednesday on friday the 19th so that makes no sense and he dare say he would only refund half? Products look ok but it is being ran by tight wades with no customer service, you have been warned.
