GBCustomer Service I had ordered my granddaughter some monogrammed fall outfits for her 1st birthday. I received the adorable clothes but one of the items was the wrong size. I called Customer Service and they immediately placed a new order with the correct size and monogram to be shipped out the same day. I was told to keep the incorrectly sized item since it was monogrammed so I didn’t even have the hassle to send it back. Impressive customer service! I will be a frequent customer for sure!

GBSatisfied Customer… I contacted customer service because I was dissatisfied with a swimsuit. I wanted to express my disappointment and I didn’t expect much of a response. But Wow! They surprised me! Summer listened and took care of it completely. Nowadays good customer service is rare. This really stands out and I will share with others! Thank you Rufflebutts :)

GBThis company has THE BEST customer service! This company has THE BEST customer service. I made a mistake on my order and realized it after 5:00 on a Friday. I sent an email stating what I did wrong, with options for fixing and they got back with me over the weekend and fixed my order! Wow! I expected to be told it was my problem like bigger online operations. It felt like such personalized attention. I have been buying Rugged/RuffleButts for my grandchildren and for new parents for years and have never been disappointed!

GBCustomer Service is Tops RuffleButts has such amazing customer service, in addition to amazing quality clothes. I recently place an order during an amazing sale they were having, and at the time of order it said one of the items was on back order and would ship on a certain date. When that date rolled around I received an email from customer service stating that unfortunately the item will be further delayed. They apologized and offered for me to modify my order. I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t need to change my order but I really appreciate the communication and transparency. I will for sure be continuing to order from this company! First rate!
