I’ll be back for more! This was my first purchase and I am beyond satisfied! I ordered 12 items and the grab bag. Everything is excellent! The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message. Thanks for great service and an awesome product!

Satisfied Customer… I contacted customer service because I was dissatisfied with a swimsuit. I wanted to express my disappointment and I didn’t expect much of a response. But Wow! They surprised me! My go to clothing Ruggedbutts has been my go to for my boys, especially the swim. I love the cute patterns and long sleeve rash guards, and the quality is amazing! The quarter zip sweaters are my son's favorite school wear, and are so soft and comfortable! Customer service is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with an order.

Positive Experience from what started out frustrating I was so very happy with my customer service from Marcus today. I had an incomplete order due to my own error and was frustrated that could not correct it myslef. Marcus was a pleasure to work with and never let on that he was anything but happy to assist. My order is complete and am so excited to give special gift to my "new" great neice coming in June 2024.
