Excellent customer service! I’ve ordered several times and everything is always so cute and great quality! I love the rompers because they can last 2 seasons, sometimes longer. I’ve never needed customer service until today. I ordered some things from the Cyber Monday sale, and after I purchased them I realized I re-ordered something I just got a couple of weeks ago. I emailed customer service and asked if I could exchange the item before it was processed and they gladly accommodated me! They responded quickly and exchanged the item in my order, even though it was my error.

Simply the best The swimsuit, sunglasses and cover-up are beautiful in every way. Quality surpassed my expectations. I am totally impressed with the packaging, too. This company has THE BEST customer service! This company has THE BEST customer service. I made a mistake on my order and realized it after 5:00 on a Friday. I sent an email stating what I did wrong, with options for fixing and they got back with me over the weekend and fixed my order! Wow! I expected to be told it was my problem like bigger online operations. It felt like such personalized attention. I have been buying Rugged/RuffleButts for my grandchildren and for new parents for years and have never been disappointed!

Excellent Experience I ordered two bathing suits- girls size 5 and boys size 8. They arrived today and I am so impressed with the quality and the design. I was initially concerned about the length of time to ship to Canada but they arrived in 2 weeks without any issues.
