GBSatisfied Customer… I contacted customer service because I was dissatisfied with a swimsuit. I wanted to express my disappointment and I didn’t expect much of a response. But Wow! They surprised me! Summer listened and took care of it completely. Nowadays good customer service is rare. This really stands out and I will share with others! Thank you Rufflebutts :)

GBPositive Experience from what started out frustrating I was so very happy with my customer service from Marcus today. I had an incomplete order due to my own error and was frustrated that could not correct it myslef. Marcus was a pleasure to work with and never let on that he was anything but happy to assist. My order is complete and am so excited to give special gift to my "new" great neice coming in June 2024.

GBCustomer Service I had ordered my granddaughter some monogrammed fall outfits for her 1st birthday. I received the adorable clothes but one of the items was the wrong size. I called Customer Service and they immediately placed a new order with the correct size and monogram to be shipped out the same day. I was told to keep the incorrectly sized item since it was monogrammed so I didn’t even have the hassle to send it back. Impressive customer service! I will be a frequent customer for sure!

GBQuality and Customer Service Excellence I ordered plaid button ups for my boys (4 and 6) along with the matching dress for my little peanut. The size 6 was on back order so, it shipped separately. It was quick to ship, but I never received it. USPS marked it delivered, but I didn’t get it. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and come to a resolution. They sent out a replacement shirt right away and I received it in 2 business days - JUST in time for school pictures! I shop RuffleButts because the quality is superb. I will continue to shop because the customer service is even better.

GBExcellent customer service! I’ve ordered several times and everything is always so cute and great quality! I love the rompers because they can last 2 seasons, sometimes longer. I’ve never needed customer service until today. I ordered some things from the Cyber Monday sale, and after I purchased them I realized I re-ordered something I just got a couple of weeks ago. I emailed customer service and asked if I could exchange the item before it was processed and they gladly accommodated me! They responded quickly and exchanged the item in my order, even though it was my error.
