I always check the RuffleButts site when I am searching for something special and unique for my grandchildren. Mothers stop my daughter and ask her where she gets the adorable things. I've been buying RuffleButts for the… I've been buying RuffleButts for the last few years since my son was born and now I have a newborn daughter and can't stop buying clothes for her. She was a chunky baby so the size I ordered didn't fit. I called customer service to just discuss sizing and the exchange policy and the girl I spoke with was so kind. We talked for ten minutes about sizing and towards the end she sent me a label to mail my items back for an exchange. I cannot express how genuine and thoughtful the RuffleButts customer service team is. Looking forward to my exchange!

Great quality and customer service… We received a swimsuit with no bottoms and the customer service at Ruffled Butts was exceptional. We had a replacement in no time. My girls have numerous suits at this point and all are great quality, comfortable and cute. Definitely recommend this company and their product.

Excellent Every Easter, I buy my family bathing suits for the upcoming season. I started purchasing from Ruffle/Rugged Butts a few years ago. Their suits are such good quality, they last all season against the roughness of salt water, chlorine, and toddlers! I’ve only ever called customer service once and Marcus was perfect. I wish I could steal him away to provide customer service training to the world!
