I've been shopping at EE for years now… I've been shopping at EE for years now and have never had any issues. My recent order came the other day and the figure set was missing a piece in the box (it was the manufacturer's fault). I decided to give EE a call and got Donald on the phone. He was a great help and very friendly to talk with. At the end of the day, the issue was resolved. Just another reason why I like to shop at EE...for the great customer service. Order change and Free Shipping impact ... Called and spoke to Donald about a free shipping issue. He pleasantly explained how the situation happened, and then he suggested a way to remedy it. I took him up on his suggestion, and we were done. It would have been easy to simply say "No, I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you" but he did not. Thanks Donald!
