Order placed 12/9 Update: Vendor has confirmed package will arrive 1/19, and was helpful and pleasant over the last week attempting to iron out the delivery situation. I've changed the rating to reflect the improved customer service and the attention to my delivery issue. Order placed 12/9. Tracking says it's not even in the United States yet, and that it didn't get sent to be mailed out until 12/26. No contact from the company regarding the delay, or anything at all, until I was asked to write this review in an email today. Would likely not order from this vendor again.

Still Waiting (> 30 days) Ordered on 12/5. Order confirmation indicated US warehouse, 7-15 days due to COVID. But then I get a tracking number from Hong Kong, which says the US supply statement wasn’t true. HK tracking shows no movement since 12/20, yet customer service also placing blame with US post office for delay. It appears that USPS doesn’t even have it, so getting a stock answer, not an indication that customer service is legitimately looking into. No outlook still. So service rating is poor. Also wonder how the previous reviewer got super fast TAT, suggesting non-optimized world wide logistics, maybe the US customers need to move to GB...

I ordered a custom doggo for my adult… I ordered a custom doggo for my adult son's birthday. I was looking for a unique and personal gift. He has loved Legos since he was a kid so when I saw this, i knew it would be a perfect gift. United-Doggo worked with me to get it just right. I ordered it before Christmas, and it took a little longer to receive the final product than I hoped, but it was well worth the wait. We both love his Lego doggo. It looks just like his beloved pet and friends and family love it too. Aside from our satisfaction with the final product, the exceptional customer service is what really sold me to recommend this company. Love it!! I bought the Akita and the leopard gecko. My daughter loved putting them together and they are adorable. She customized the Akita to look like ours and customer service was very helpful getting her the right bricks. Great product. Great customer service

Cute and unique set The dog set is super cute and is definitely giving my husband something to occupy himself during lockdown. It’s quite slow going assembling with all of the tiny screws so definitely not meant for kids to assemble. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
