He has loved Legos since he was a kid so when I saw this, i knew it would be a perfect gift. United-Doggo worked with me to get it just right. I ordered it before Christmas, and it took a little longer to receive the final product than I hoped, but it was well worth the wait. We both love his Lego doggo. It looks just like his beloved pet and friends and family love it too. Aside from our satisfaction with the final product, the exceptional customer service is what really sold me to recommend this company. Professional customer service Although I got a speedy delivery, unfortunately, the kit had some damages to it. I’m not sure if it has been due to the mishandling by the delivery guy or shipped with the damages straight from the company. However, once complained through their live chat, the kit got replaced by them super quick, and I got another in the same week. I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer service, and my experience with them was wonderful, to say the least. I ordered the Poodle building kit as my little one pointed that out when I was ordering, and I never saw her happier in the last few weeks during this lockdown.

They’re okay I ordered two sets for family for Christmas presents well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. One of the sets got here with no issue. The other one was reported lost by the mail carrier. When I inquired about it asking if would send another one, they told me not to worry about it and to contact them in 6 weeks if I hadn’t received it. Two months later I get an obscure box in the mail with all of the pieces in a single bag, no instructions. My other set came nicely separated by brick type with decent Instructions. For the price I was expecting a little better but my family members loved their sets, even though one was a Valentine’s Day present instead of a Christmas present

BUY A SET OF YOUR PET YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Wow. Not enough amazing things to say about this team. From the beginning their communication was awesome and they were detail oriented. Our dog is a brindle Pitbull - so there was a lot of small pieces. But it looks JUST LIKE her. The shipping was fast, the directions were great to follow. Just prepare- they don’t send them in the numbered bags like Lego. But if you take a sec and get organized the result you get is 100% worth a little bit of initial chaos. I wish I could post pictures. It’s a superb purchase and we’ll be getting one of our mini pinscher soon as well.

Mister Bojangles If you have a favorite pet, this is a must purchase. I loved my CKC Spaniel and Facebook posts have elicited nothing but "so cool" responses. Plenty of extra parts and pieces and an easy to follow manual. I spent approximately 15 hours assembling my 1310 block creation. Having large hands, my only minor issue was the size of the blocks and plastic fasteners, but I soon learned to master that. Thank you JEKCA Limited for a unique product.
