HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....took over… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....took over a month of trying to get the item before they just simply gave up and refunded my money. How can you not deliver something ordered over a MONTH AGO???? Zero regard for customer service

Order placed 12/9 Update: Vendor has confirmed package will arrive 1/19, and was helpful and pleasant over the last week attempting to iron out the delivery situation. I've changed the rating to reflect the improved customer service and the attention to my delivery issue. Order placed 12/9. Tracking says it's not even in the United States yet, and that it didn't get sent to be mailed out until 12/26. No contact from the company regarding the delay, or anything at all, until I was asked to write this review in an email today. Would likely not order from this vendor again.

Mostly very pleased -- just minor issues The communication and customer service before the sale was great. This is a legit company and they will ship you what they promise. I was surprised that my order shipped from Hong Kong but I understand they ran out of stock in their local warehouse. My only complaints are that the box it arrived in was pretty beat up and for the price I would expect it to come in a nicer package with a print-out of the item and printed instructions included. Because it was a gift, I had to repackage it and print my own picture of the item and email them to the assembly instructions. It wasn't very elegant presentation. But the item itself is great and they did a minor customization for free. Despite the minor complaints, I would order again!

Slower shipping than states Ordered on Dec 17. Stated 7-10 days shipping. Today is January 1. Nothing. I was sent a tracking number but according to USPS, they haven’t even received the package. A label was just created at the company site. I’m not really convinced that the package has been shipped. 16 days later.

Love my poodle So I have to say I had to have my boyfriend put it together I am not one to follow instructions like the one in the book. He has never did lego’s before and a few times did run into some snags but most of all the end results are awesome.. wish you had videos so people could look up on when they are stuck somewhere. Also want to say they give plenty of parts which is awesome dont have to worry about dropping a piece or not having enough they give plenty and thats a plus. Wish i could put a picture I love my poodle
