Still Waiting (> 30 days) Ordered on 12/5. Order confirmation indicated US warehouse, 7-15 days due to COVID. But then I get a tracking number from Hong Kong, which says the US supply statement wasn’t true. HK tracking shows no movement since 12/20, yet customer service also placing blame with US post office for delay. It appears that USPS doesn’t even have it, so getting a stock answer, not an indication that customer service is legitimately looking into. No outlook still. So service rating is poor. Also wonder how the previous reviewer got super fast TAT, suggesting non-optimized world wide logistics, maybe the US customers need to move to GB...

BUY A SET OF YOUR PET YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Wow. Not enough amazing things to say about this team. From the beginning their communication was awesome and they were detail oriented. Our dog is a brindle Pitbull - so there was a lot of small pieces. But it looks JUST LIKE her. The shipping was fast, the directions were great to follow. Just prepare- they don’t send them in the numbered bags like Lego. But if you take a sec and get organized the result you get is 100% worth a little bit of initial chaos. I wish I could post pictures. It’s a superb purchase and we’ll be getting one of our mini pinscher soon as well.

Mostly very pleased -- just minor issues The communication and customer service before the sale was great. This is a legit company and they will ship you what they promise. I was surprised that my order shipped from Hong Kong but I understand they ran out of stock in their local warehouse. My only complaints are that the box it arrived in was pretty beat up and for the price I would expect it to come in a nicer package with a print-out of the item and printed instructions included. Because it was a gift, I had to repackage it and print my own picture of the item and email them to the assembly instructions. It wasn't very elegant presentation. But the item itself is great and they did a minor customization for free. Despite the minor complaints, I would order again!

Professional customer service Although I got a speedy delivery, unfortunately, the kit had some damages to it. I’m not sure if it has been due to the mishandling by the delivery guy or shipped with the damages straight from the company. However, once complained through their live chat, the kit got replaced by them super quick, and I got another in the same week. I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer service, and my experience with them was wonderful, to say the least. I ordered the Poodle building kit as my little one pointed that out when I was ordering, and I never saw her happier in the last few weeks during this lockdown.

I'm impressed! Pyrenean Mountain Dog kit I got the small size Pyrenean Mountain Dog (which is still pretty big at 9" tall!) It is expensive ($81 and that's with a 10% off coupon I found), but it is worth it! I must say it is very well crafted (no errors, bad bricks or lock pins, etc..). The included picture instructions are hard to see, but they provide a QR code to scan for a pdf and you can blow each step up on your phone for a clear view (HIGHLY recommend). Also, it comes with 20 bzillion lock pins. They are tedious to do, and not the most fun part of putting the kit together, but definitely do not skip using them - it will be well worth it in the end to know your masterpiece will not fall apart!
