AUProfessional customer service Although I got a speedy delivery, unfortunately, the kit had some damages to it. I’m not sure if it has been due to the mishandling by the delivery guy or shipped with the damages straight from the company. However, once complained through their live chat, the kit got replaced by them super quick, and I got another in the same week. I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer service, and my experience with them was wonderful, to say the least. I ordered the Poodle building kit as my little one pointed that out when I was ordering, and I never saw her happier in the last few weeks during this lockdown.

GBLove my poodle So I have to say I had to have my boyfriend put it together I am not one to follow instructions like the one in the book. He has never did lego’s before and a few times did run into some snags but most of all the end results are awesome.. wish you had videos so people could look up on when they are stuck somewhere. Also want to say they give plenty of parts which is awesome dont have to worry about dropping a piece or not having enough they give plenty and thats a plus. Wish i could put a picture I love my poodle

GBThey’re okay I ordered two sets for family for Christmas presents well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. One of the sets got here with no issue. The other one was reported lost by the mail carrier. When I inquired about it asking if would send another one, they told me not to worry about it and to contact them in 6 weeks if I hadn’t received it. Two months later I get an obscure box in the mail with all of the pieces in a single bag, no instructions. My other set came nicely separated by brick type with decent Instructions. For the price I was expecting a little better but my family members loved their sets, even though one was a Valentine’s Day present instead of a Christmas present

GBWe were told on December 9th We were told on December 9th, when we purchased 2 dogs for $219.98, that you would get them to us, for our two grandchildren, for Christmas and they finally arrived on January 19th. A disappointment for all however they can still make them and hopefully be pleased later. TTR

GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....took over… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....took over a month of trying to get the item before they just simply gave up and refunded my money. How can you not deliver something ordered over a MONTH AGO???? Zero regard for customer service
