Color of light labradoodle not correct… Color of light labradoodle not correct for what we received. The images when ordering looked more like a very light tan. Color of bricks in kit received was very white, almost with a pink tone.

Mister Bojangles If you have a favorite pet, this is a must purchase. I loved my CKC Spaniel and Facebook posts have elicited nothing but "so cool" responses. Plenty of extra parts and pieces and an easy to follow manual. I spent approximately 15 hours assembling my 1310 block creation. Having large hands, my only minor issue was the size of the blocks and plastic fasteners, but I soon learned to master that. Thank you JEKCA Limited for a unique product.

I'm impressed! Pyrenean Mountain Dog kit I got the small size Pyrenean Mountain Dog (which is still pretty big at 9" tall!) It is expensive ($81 and that's with a 10% off coupon I found), but it is worth it! I must say it is very well crafted (no errors, bad bricks or lock pins, etc..). The included picture instructions are hard to see, but they provide a QR code to scan for a pdf and you can blow each step up on your phone for a clear view (HIGHLY recommend). Also, it comes with 20 bzillion lock pins. They are tedious to do, and not the most fun part of putting the kit together, but definitely do not skip using them - it will be well worth it in the end to know your masterpiece will not fall apart!

Order placed 12/9 Update: Vendor has confirmed package will arrive 1/19, and was helpful and pleasant over the last week attempting to iron out the delivery situation. I've changed the rating to reflect the improved customer service and the attention to my delivery issue. Order placed 12/9. Tracking says it's not even in the United States yet, and that it didn't get sent to be mailed out until 12/26. No contact from the company regarding the delay, or anything at all, until I was asked to write this review in an email today. Would likely not order from this vendor again.

Professional customer service Although I got a speedy delivery, unfortunately, the kit had some damages to it. I’m not sure if it has been due to the mishandling by the delivery guy or shipped with the damages straight from the company. However, once complained through their live chat, the kit got replaced by them super quick, and I got another in the same week. I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer service, and my experience with them was wonderful, to say the least. I ordered the Poodle building kit as my little one pointed that out when I was ordering, and I never saw her happier in the last few weeks during this lockdown.
