GBCustomer-Service Level: Legendary Hey—sometimes problems happen. It’s a fact of life. But when they do (side note: in the 4 years since I started ordering from Theory11—and that’s $1000+ in business I’ve given them—I’ve had ONE item arrive damaged, so…you do the math), what happens *afterward* is the real character metric of the sort of company with whom you’re dealing. The replacement process couldn’t have been more effortlessly simple, and as entirely prepared as I was to send back the damaged $50 item, that wasn’t something they even considered requesting of me. Generous, gracious, beyond fair, prompt, top-notch communicators—what more could you want? This is the way it’s done, folks. If only all sellers “got it” the way Theory11 gets it…but until that unlikely day dawns, I’ll just keep right on buying from them.

They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective way. When my son's trick arrived broken, they responded quickly and replaced the card trick immediately. We will be using them over and over again. You don't find companies with customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Theory11!!

GBFirst time recent bulk buy (total of 4… First time recent bulk buy (total of 4 decks) to test the waters. Opened 2 different decks one was perfect and all cards were perfect. Second deck, considered the “premium playing cards” had me excited to open and play with until I saw one of the jokers had a fully bent corner. Was sadden and felt incomplete. I contacted customer service/support assuming that things wouldn’t be resolved and it was just ONE card which was just the joker card. But the customer service/support blew me away and I even refused the compensation from them but they’re persistent and their main goal is to keep customers. Never experienced this lvl of service, from communication and hassle free! Now I’m extremely confident on purchasing cards and will be coming back for me! Thanks Christen for your help and services!
