A Fantastic Experience The deck is a fantastic nod to classic Warner Brother characters and the quality is incredible. My deck had a minor defect and the customer service team was very responsive and helped resolve the situation. I remain impressed with T11 and how they operate. Looking forward to many more fantastic released from them in the future.

First time recent bulk buy (total of 4… First time recent bulk buy (total of 4 decks) to test the waters. Opened 2 different decks one was perfect and all cards were perfect. Second deck, considered the “premium playing cards” had me excited to open and play with until I saw one of the jokers had a fully bent corner. Was sadden and felt incomplete. I contacted customer service/support assuming that things wouldn’t be resolved and it was just ONE card which was just the joker card. But the customer service/support blew me away and I even refused the compensation from them but they’re persistent and their main goal is to keep customers. Never experienced this lvl of service, from communication and hassle free! Now I’m extremely confident on purchasing cards and will be coming back for me! Thanks Christen for your help and services!

Still waiting. I would love to leave a review about the product but I ordered on Dec.15th (shipping label created) and still haven't received the cards. I know its not actually Theory's fault but their customer service didn't really seemed to care much after I contacted them twice about the status of my order.

Customer support very helpful Just purchased the new Guardians of the Galaxy playing cards and when I received them, one card was damaged. I reached out to customer support and they helped me resolve the issue and sent a new pack. I've bought several other packs, and love all of them. So fun collecting these beautiful playing cards!

Theory11 is extraordinary Theory11 has proven to be extraordinary in their customer service. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective way. When my son's trick arrived broken, they responded quickly and replaced the card trick immediately. We will be using them over and over again.
